CARLOS SMITH - <br />Attached for consideration is a <br />building line along the side of <br />Subdivision, Section 1. It was <br />have been 10 feet. <br />request for a variance in the <br />Lot 9, Block 8, Creekmont <br />platted as 25 feet, and should <br />CONSIDER APPROVAL OF FINAL PLATS - FAIRMONT PARK [n1EST SECTION 5 <br />AND SECTION 6 - H. CARLOS SMITH - <br />Plats of Fairmont Park, West, Section 5 and Section 6, which <br />was the original Section 5 will be available for review at the <br />meeting. The request is being made due to a rejection by the <br />F.H.A. of the original Section 5 because more than lOg of the <br />total number of lots were within 300 feet of the sewage treat- <br />ment plant. Upon their advice, Section 5 was separated into <br />two sections. No dimensional changes have been made. All <br />improvements have been completed and accepted by the City. <br />CONSIDER REQUEST TO REZONE LOTS 17 THRU 32, BLOCK 753, TOWN OF <br />LA PORTE FROM RESIDENTIAL TO COM.NIERCIAL - ROBERT SAUNDERS - <br />Attached for consideration is a request to rezone Lots 17 thru <br />32, Block 753, Town of La Porte from Residential to Commercial. <br />A representative will be present to discuss the request. <br />CONSIDER APPROVIDIG PRELIMINARY PLAT - GLEN MEADOWS, SECTION 4 - <br />This will be reviewed by the appropriate departments. You <br />may wish to approve pending approval of those departments. <br />CONSIDER REQUEST FOR VARIANCE FOR BUILDING SET BACK LINE FOR A <br />CAR PORT - 514 S. IOWA - WALTER GRODA - <br />Attached for consideration is a memo from Code Enforcement <br />stating the request for a variance of 12 feet. It appears <br />that the variance may be for 14 feet. <br />DISCUSS A & M STUDY REGARDING REVISIONS TO THE PLANNING & ZONING <br />ORDINANCE. - ____ <br />Mrs. Muston requested that this item be placed on the agenda <br />so that the P & Z Commission might start their review of the <br />study. <br />The City Administrator plans to try and attend the meeting and <br />give suggestions to you. <br />
