• 6 THE STATE OF TEXAS X COUNTY OF HARRIS X CITY OF LA PORTE X NOTICE OF MEETING Notice is hereby given that the PLANNING. & ZONING COMMISSION of the City of La Porte will meet in CALLED session at 7:00 o'clock P.M. on the 25th day of MARCH , A.D. 19 80 in the City Commission Chamber, City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas. A copy of the agenda for said meeting showing the subject(s) of such meeting, is attached hereto. I hereby certify that I posted this notice on the bulletin board located at a place convenient to the public in the City Hall of the City of La Porte, at 4:00 o'clock, P .M., on the 21st day of MARCH , A.D. 1980 , and that such notice was posted for at least the three days preceding the day of the meeting, or, in the case of posting of this notice for a period not at least the three days preceding the day of the meeting, that this notice was posted before the meeting was convened, or called to order, and that such meeting was called because of an emergency or urgent public necessity.
