Zhe City Commission of the City of La Porte <br />~. hereby accepts the recommendation of the City of La Porte <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, and the zoning classification <br />of the hereinafter described parcel of land, situated within <br />the corporate limits of the City of La Porte, is hereby <br />changed in accordance therewith, and the zoning classification <br />of said parcel of land shall hereafter be "District C-- <br />Apartment and Commercial District," provided, however,~that <br />no commercial use of said property shall be allowed, and said <br />property shall be used for apartments only. The description <br />of said parcel of land re-zoned is as follows, to-wit: • <br />2.8818 acre tract, Tidewood Subdivision, 420 feet <br />North of McCabe Road facing Highway 146, Wm. P. <br />Harris Survey A-30, Harris County, Texas. <br />' Section 5..
