Box 1115 <br />La Porte, Tx. 77571 <br />Dear Mrs. Black: <br />In keeping with our discussion of July 23, 1984, I am hereby <br />requesting that the following property be rezoned from Residential <br />to Commercial: <br />Lots 18 and 19, Block 1 of Spenwick Place, Section I, City <br />of La Porte, Harris County, Texas. <br />This property faces on Spencer Highway at Ridgefield Street and <br />was reserved for business use in the orginal deed restrictions <br />(see attached General Warranty Deed), however it was recently <br />annexed by the City of La Porte as Residential along with the <br />rest of Spenwick Place. <br />The other property facing Spencer Highway in this area is used <br />for commercial purposes and includes grocery stores, a car lot, <br />a lawn mower shop, a trailer repair shop, etc. This property <br />is currently on a Real Estate Sales Agreement and the prospective <br />buyer plans to establish a rental business for home type items <br />® (lawn mowers, air compressors, etc.) <br />If I can provide any additional information please call on me. <br />Thank you. <br />Sincerely, <br />Attachments: <br />James~B.
