-55- • <br />• <br />In either event, if the actual number of completed dwelling <br />units exceed the figure upon which the original dedication <br />was based, such additional dedication shall be required, • <br />and shall be made by payment by the cash in lieu of land <br />amount provided by Section 5 of this Ordinance. <br />13.00 VARIANCES <br />In those instances where, in the opinion of the Commission, <br />strict compliance with the teens, rules, conditions, poli- <br />cies and standards of the Commission provided in this <br />Ordinance would create an undue hardship by depriving the <br />applicant or subdivider of the reasonable use of the land <br />or, where, in the opinion of the Commission, there are <br />unusual physical characteristics which affect the property <br />in question and which would make strict compliance with <br />the terms and conditions of this Ordinance or any rule • <br />promulgated under this Ordinance not feasible, the Commission <br />may grant the applicant or subdivider a variance as to one <br />or more requirements as long as the general purpose of <br />this Ordinance is ,maintained. Economic hardship shall not <br />constitute the sole basis for granting a variance under <br />this section. <br />a. A variance granted under the provisions of this Or- <br /> <br />
