Commissioner <br />Blackwell ask,~about the extension of Big Island Sltouth of <br />Fairmont Parkway. Mr. Speake agreed to contact Harris County <br />Flood Control District to make sure that channel improvements <br />in that area are being planned by Flood Control. Commissioner <br />Hammack made a motion which was seconded by Commissioner <br />Phillips to approve Master Utility Plan.
