At 7:00 p.m. Chairman Andy Wilson called the meeting to <br />order. <br />Members of the Commission Present: Chairman Andy Wilson, <br />Members Bobby Blackwel Bruce Hammack, Charlie Doug Boyle, <br />Janet Graves <br />Members of the Commission Absent: Members Karl Johnston, <br />Lola Phillips <br />City Staff Present: City Attorney John Armstrong, City <br />Engineer Bob Speake, Chief Building Official David Paulissen, <br />Director Parks & Recreation Stan Sherwood, Engineering <br />Secretary Tina Anger, Executive Secretary Gwen Jackson <br />Others Present: Ms. Adair Sullivan, Ms. Margaret Conner, <br />Ms. Barbara Neal of the Bayshore Sun, Rita Jackson and several <br />interested Citizens. <br />• 2. Andy Wilson called the Public Hearing to order. <br />Item 1 <br />Request of Mrs. Georgia Fleener to rezone Block 653, lots <br />1-32, from commercial to industrial. <br />Mrs. Fleener was not present to present her request. The <br />Commission decided to pass on to the next public hearing <br />and suggested Mrs. Fleener be placed on the next Agenda <br />for Planning and Zoning if she wished to be. <br />Item 2 <br />Request of Mrs. Margaret Conner to consider approving a <br />duplex in an "R-2" Residential zone with the property <br />located in block 983, North half of lot 25 and all of lots <br />26 and 28. <br />Mrs. Conner came before the Commission stating her name <br />and address and the above request. <br />Andy Wilson asked if there was a motion to rezone Mrs. <br />Conner's property <br />• <br />
