Box 597 <br />La Porte, Texas 77571 <br />RE: General Plan for Dana Transport La Porte bdash Facility <br />(CLP File Number 85-8222) <br />Dear Mr. Dana: <br />At its July 25, 1985 meeting, the La Porte Planning Commission <br />reviewed the above referenced General Plan submitted by you. <br />The Commission granted CONDITIONAL APPROVAL to your General Plan <br />pursuant to Section 4.01B of the La Porte Development Ordinance, <br />subject to the following: <br />1. Submittal of a revised General Plan for final Commission <br />approval which reflects the following changes (Numbers <br />in parentheses reference paragraphs of the Ordinance.): <br />a. Show boundaries and name of each development phase <br />r (C4) <br />b. Indicate required building lines adjacent to all <br />existing or proposed public and private streets and <br />alleys. (C15 and 5.04) <br />c. If known, draw footprint of each .building planned <br />and indicate its size, number of stories, and <br />proposed useage. (C19) <br />d. Indicate location, widths, and types for all <br />easements, existing or proposed, within the plat <br />boundaries and immediately adjacent thereto. (C22• <br />and 5.05) <br />e. Indicate location of adjacent storm drainage <br />outfalls. (C23) <br /> <br />
