,. <br />.~ <br />• <br />• Minutes of Planning and Zoning Commission <br />August 29, 1985 <br />Page 11 <br />Chief Building Official David Paulissen and the staff <br />recommends that we remove the language in this ordinance <br />section encouraging the applicant to submit a Certified Site <br />C Plan that adheres new design standards for parking lots that <br />are to be resurfaced. <br />32) Section 10-605: <br />Citizen comment indicates that this section, which says that <br />parking should be allowed in setback areas be amended. <br />Chief Building Official David Paulissen and staff felt this <br />section should not be amended. <br />Chairman Wilson entertained a motion that we adopt staff <br />recommendation on items 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31 and defer <br />item 32 until the Sept. 5th meeting. Bobbv Blackwell made the <br />motion to do this, Mr. Johnston seconded.
