East, along the South right-of-way line of <br />_ said road, a distance of 483.93 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod found marking the <br />Northeast corner of said Lot 716 same being the NorthwesC corner of said Lot <br />717; <br />Thence South 00 deg. 20 min. 58 sec, East along the common line between said <br />Lots 716 and 717, a distance of 882.28 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod found for the <br />Southeast corner of the herein described tract in the North right-of-way line of <br />Fairmont Parkway, same being the Northeast corner of that certain tract of land <br />conveyed to HArris County by Deed recorded in Volume 872, Page Z08 of the Deed <br />Records of Harris County, Texas; <br />• Thence South 89 deg. 33 min. 04 sec.
