®NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />.. <br />In accordance with the provisions of Ordinance 780, the Zoning <br />Ordinance of the City of La Porte, a public hearing will be held at <br />7:00 P.M. on January 8, 1987, by the La Porte City Council to <br />consider the comprehensive rezoning of all lands contained within <br />the City limits of the City of La Porte, Harris County, Texas in <br />accordance with and pursuant to the map attached to this notice. <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the City of La Porte, containing applicable <br />zoning regulations concerning the zoning classification contained on <br />the map and further concerning the regulation and restriction of <br />height, number of stories, size of buildings and other structures, <br />the percentage of lot that may be occupied, the size of yards, courts <br />and other open spaces, the density of population, and the use of <br />buildings, structures, and land, are on file in the office of the <br />City Secretary of the City of La Porte and are available for public <br />inspection between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Monday - Friday <br />at the La Porte City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Harris <br />County, Texas. <br />This public hearing will be conducted in the Council Chambers of <br />the La Porte City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway .~ Letters concerning <br />this matter should be addressed to the City Secretary, P. 0. Box 1115, <br />La Porte, Texas 77571.
