He would like to be able to expand as the needs arise. He feels it is more a warehouse type facility instead of storage for boat/recreational vehicles. 5.) The Public Hearing was closed at 7:32 PM 6.) Stafffs recommendation: (A) Staff recommends an amendment to the interim sign regulations to include a "Controlled Access Highway Zone" for signs. Staff recommends further that a maximum height of sixty-five (65') feet be considered and a width of five hundred (500') feet be considered for each side of the controlled access highcaay, as shown on the City of La Porte Thoroughfare Plan, • as the limits of the Controlled Access Highway Zone. .
