David Brady, President <br />La Porte-Bayshore Chamber of Commerce <br /> <br />Opposed. <br />business <br /> <br />The proposed sign regulation is a burden on the <br />community. <br /> <br />2. Gladys Roth <br />Commonwealth Title <br /> <br />Opposed to required sign setbacks. <br /> <br />3. Bob Pizzitola, V.P. La Porte-Bayshore Chamber of Commerce <br />La Porte State Bank <br /> <br />Opposed to setbacks, size, and ammortization requirements of <br />the sign regulations. <br /> <br />4. H.P. Pfeifer <br /> <br />Further studies should be conducted regarding the landscape <br />concept. Expressed objection to 5-800 A-(1). Supports the <br />removal of portable signs. Opposes the 3/4 vote necessary to <br />overrule a Planning and Zoning Commission ruling. <br /> <br />5. Lindsey Pfeiffer <br /> <br />The regulations should limit the number of signs which are <br />permitted. Opposes deposits required for political signs and <br />the assessment of permitting fees. Further opposes the 3/4 <br />vote necessary to overrule a Planning and Zoning Commission <br />ruling. <br />
