Adoption Ordinance Section 10 contains the intent and <br />purpose language adapted from the City of San Antonio <br />Sign Regulation Ordinance. <br /> <br />II. Article III contains the following new definitions: <br /> <br />A. Freestanding Sign <br />B. Political Sign <br />C. Portable Sign <br />D. Public Service Sign <br />E. Re ad e r Panel <br /> <br />III. Section 10-1002 regulates the number of on-premise <br />freestanding signs which may be permitted for a given <br />business location. <br />
