Shady Lane - against PUD in Area IU - flood <br />prone area - another objective is to express hi.s concerns of the <br />proposed connection of Sunrise and N. Shady Lane across Boggy <br />Bayou. He feels that N'. Shady Lane is strictly a residential <br />street. <br />12. Patsy McGrann - 402 Desire - Owner of Beacon Private School - area <br />is being proposed residential and she would request a commercial <br />zoning for the 3 lots the school is on. <br />13. Thelma Percoco - 1 Pine Bluff - her concern was the existing <br />mobile homes in the Pine Bluff area and the amount of traffic <br />these create. <br />14. David Williams - 603. N. Shady Lane - concerned about the <br />extension of N. Shady Lane into the newly considered PUD district. <br />Against the PUD zoning in Area IV. <br />15. Aline Cook - 406 S. Shady Lane - requested street lights and <br />additional fire plugs. <br />16. Bernard LeGrange - 3115 Lincoln Court - concerning the apartments <br />• being closed on Old. Hwy. 146. Mrs. Graves told him that this was <br />not done by the P&Z Commission and he might check with the City. <br />17. Carol Herrington - 1002 Hackberry - agrees with other citizens <br />from Shady River and wants to go on record as such. <br />18. Mrs. Strum - 930 Hackberry - in agreement with other speakers from <br />Shady River. <br />19. Dale Kelley - 926 Hackberry - against the "R-2" zoning on the area <br />just north of the existing Shady River section. <br />20. R. L. Anderson - 127 Desire Dr. - objects to the mobile homes and <br />is in agreement with the "R-1" zoning. <br />21. Herman Mauch - 745 Myrtle Creek - feels the mobile homes that are <br />currently placed should be allowed to stay. <br />22. Bob Capen - 807 Oak Leaf - against the "R-2" zoning on the north <br />side of Shady River and would like this changed to an "R-1" <br />zoning. <br />4) CLOSED PUBLIC HEARING <br />H1rs. Graves closed the Public Hearing at 7:55 PM. The Commission <br />• took a break. <br />Meeting re-convened at 8:20 PM. <br />
