All were in favor and the motion passed and will be <br />recalled at the next regular meeting on November 16, 1989. <br />7) CONSIDER RECOMMENDATION REGARDING SPECIAL CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT SCII89-010. <br />A motion was made by Jack Gresham and seconded by Eugene <br />Edmonds to recommend the Special Conditional Use Permit <br />provided the conditions stated are met. All were in favor and <br />the motion passed. The recommendation will go to the City <br />Council. <br />BREAK: 7:40 - 7:50 <br />8) PRESENTATION OF THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF THE BAY GREEN COLONY <br />SUBDIVISION. (NO COMMISSION ACTION REQIIIRED) <br />Mr. Albrecht stated that no action was needed on this item it <br />was simply to bring the Commission up to date on where they <br />were on the Bay Green Colony subdivision. <br />® 9) DISCUSSION OF THE 1989 ANNUAL REVIEW OF ZONING ORDINANCE NO. <br />1501. <br />Mr. Albrecht gave the Commission a packet for the items for <br />consideration and discussion on the 1989 annual review of the <br />Zoning Ordinance. Mr. Albrecht said the items they are <br />presenting are typos, adding of clarification and needed <br />revisions/updating. Mr. Albrecht suggested they go over each <br />item separately and get the comments and desires of the <br />Commission item by item. <br />Citation clause - Section 6-400, pg.37 - accepted <br />Bed & Breakfast Definition - Section 3-100 - accepted <br />Specific listing on placement of mobile homes - Section 5-600, <br />Table A, pg.26 - accepted <br />Residential - New listing (Bed & Breakfast Inn) - Section 5- <br />600, Table A - accepted <br />Special'Use Performance Standards-Residential, pg. 32-35 - <br />consider addition of two performance standards to this <br />section: <br />1. Animal Specialties as a Primary Use - bring back to <br />Commission with options <br />2. Bed & Breakfast Inns - as defined in Section 3-100 - <br />accepted <br />® Amended listing - Section 6-400, pg. 37, Table A - Commercial <br />Repair Services except for tank truck cleaning services - <br />remove from listing accepted <br />
