Hays <br /> <br />District <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The La Porte Independent School District is requesting a <br />Special Conditional Use Permit to allow the expansion of the <br />Bayshore Elementary School (See Exhibit B). Section 5-600, Table <br />A of Zoning Ordinance 1501 designates public and private <br />educational institutions (SIC 8211) a Conditional Use within R-l <br />Zones.
