<br />Special Conditional Use Permit Request <br />Page -5- <br /> <br />The final condition, "that the applicant <br />any additional conditions imposed," must be <br />applicant in the course of the Commission and <br />Hearings. <br /> <br />has agreed to meet <br />attested to by the <br />City Council Public <br /> <br />Conclusion: <br /> <br />The request (SCU90-00l) meets Zoning Ordinance prerequisites <br />and is therefore eligible to be considered for a Special <br />Conditional Use Permit. Should the Commission recommend approval <br />of this request, staff would suggest that the following <br />conditions be attached to the permit. <br /> <br />1) Landscapinq: The area immediately surrounding this <br />building shall be landscaped. The purpose of the <br />landscaping is to improve the aesthetic appearance of <br />the site. Required landscaping shall not obscure the <br />view of the building entrance or the surrounding area. <br />The landscape planting plan shall require approval by <br />the Director of Community Development. Required <br />landscaping shall be in place at a date no later than <br />thirty (30) days from the date of permit approval. <br /> <br />2) Security liqhtinq: All faces of the storage building <br />containing door or window openings shall be illuminated <br />by security lighting. Such lighting shall be directed <br />toward the building and away from adjacent property <br />lines. Required lighting shall be in place and <br />functional at a date no later than thirty (30) days <br />from the date of permit approval. <br /> <br />Options: <br /> <br />1) Approve permit <br /> <br />A) As requested by applicant <br /> <br />B) With conditions suggested by staff <br /> <br />C) With additional or amended conditions <br /> <br />II) Deny permit <br /> <br />rII) Table request for further consideration at a future <br />date. <br />
