Page 2 - Titie <br />Comment: Name of subdivision is inconsistent with plat. <br />Suggestion: BAYGREEN COLONY <br />2. Page 3 - Article 1 DefinitionsJ(fl Common Proaerties <br />Comment: The definition does not include the lots upon which the <br />common facilities i.e. private streets and drives will be <br />constructed (see paragraph g). <br />Suggestion: "... indicated as compensating open space or reserved, <br />including the lot area occupied by and designated as private <br />streets or private drives together with such other property..." <br />3. Page 4 - .Section 6. Emeraencv and Service Vehicles <br />Comment: This language and the plats language is being reviewed by the <br />• City's insurance carrier. If their comments are not received <br />prior to the Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting, the <br />approval can be subject to comments/changes requested by <br />the insurance carrier. <br />4. Page 4 - Article III /Section 1. Authoritv to Manage <br />Comment: On second line Bay Green is two words here; other locations <br />and on plat Baygreen is one word. <br />Suggestion: Baygreen <br />5. Page 11 - Article VI/Section 2. Water Service and Sanitary Sewer Service <br />Comment: The references to maintenance at the point where the pipe <br />penetrates the property line of each lot is out of sync with both <br />the plat and City policy. <br />Suggestion: Water and sewer service to the property shall be provided by <br />the City of La Porte, Texas, by way of water and sewer mains <br />to be owned, operated, maintained and repaired according to <br />prevailing policies and regulations of the City. <br />• Then add sentences describing whatever relationship the <br />Association and lot owners will have. <br />
