The date of the plat should reflect the date of the formal presentation <br />to the Planning & Zoning Commission. <br />C. The owner of the property immediately adjacent to the north should <br />be shown. <br />D. The language used in acknowledgements, certification, etc., should <br />utilize the same language specified in the Development Ordinance. <br />E. Payment in lieu of parkland dedication in the amount of $1,400.00 is <br />required. <br />F. A private easement holders consent letter fiom Hams County Flood <br />Control District must be submitted. <br />• G. The Deed Restrictions must be approved by City Attorney's office. <br />There was some general discussion between the Board and Carrington Weems <br />regarding the development of the subdivision. <br />A motion was made by Inge Browder to grant plat approval for Bayforest Green <br />Subdivision contingent upon compliance of the conditions set forth by staff. The <br />motion was seconded by Eugene Edmonds. All were in favor and the motion passed. <br />IV. STAFF REPORTS <br />Mr. Harrington noted that a planning schedule was included in the meeting packet. <br />This schedule covers the months of September thru December, 1992. <br />V. ADJOURN <br />A motion was made by Dottie Kaminski to adjourn and was seconded by Howard <br />Ebow. All were in favor and the motion passed. <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:14 P.M. <br />• <br />
