• <br />Page 6 of 14 <br />• Planning & Zoning Commission <br />Minutes of 4-29-93 <br />• <br />(3) For the purposes of this section, amulti-tenant building <br />shall be considered to be a single establishment and <br />shall be restricted to free standing advertising signage in <br />accordance with the regulations governing such signs. <br />{4) Separate buildings located on a single piece of property <br />may be considered to be separate business <br />establishments with each building being eligible for <br />freestanding advertising in accordance with these <br />regulations. <br />(5) The number of on premise free standing non-advertising <br />signs intended to direct traffic and not exceeding six (6) <br />square feet in size shall not be limited by this section. <br />(6) The provisions of this section shall not apply to real <br />estate signs. <br />• B. R-1, R-2, R-3, and MH Districts <br />(1) One (1) free standing identification sign is permitted for <br />townhouses, multi-family developments, group care <br />facilities, subdivisions, education and religious facilities. <br />(2) For a Bed and Breakfast facility one (1) sign not <br />exceeding three (3) square feet in area and non- <br />illuminated shall be allowed. This sign may be either <br />mounted on the building or located in a landscaped <br />portion of the yard. <br />(3) For a Home Occupation facility one (1) sign not <br />exceeding two (2) square feet in area and non- <br />illuminated shall be allowed. This sign shall be mounted <br />flat against the wall of the principal building. <br />(4) The size of the sign may not exceed one hundred fifty <br />(150) square feet. <br />(5) There are no minimum yard setbacks. <br />• <br />
