• Staff Report Glen Meadows Subdivision June 17, 1993 <br />Section V <br />Item No. 6 on the agenda is to consider a preliminary plat approval for Glen <br />Meadows Subdivision, Section V. <br />On December 17, 1992, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved the overall <br />General Plan for the subdivision which was to be phased in several sections in conjunction <br />with housing market conditions. <br />The developer, in accordance with Development Ordinance requirements, is now <br />submitting a preliminary plat for Glen Meadows Section V. This will be the first section <br />to be developed. Separate plats will be submitted for each section as the developer is ready <br />to develop them. <br />Commission Approval of the preliminary plat will authorize the developer to begin <br />construction of the subdivision infrastructure, streets, utilities, etc.. Once all public <br />improvements have been completed and accepted by the City, the developer will submit a <br />final plat for Commission approval. The Final Plat will be filed with Harris County <br />• following this approval. <br />Staff has reviewed the Glen Meadows, Section V plat for compliance with the <br />requirements of Development Ordinance Appendix D.
