Anderson, W.P. Felscher, <br />Veva Foster, Jim Holcomb, other citizens. <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br />Meeting was called to order by Chairman Waters at 7:03 PM. <br />II. APPROVE MINUTES OF THE MAY 20, 1993, PLANNING AND ZONING <br />• COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING AND REGULAR MEETING. <br />A motion was made by Dottie Kaminski to approve the minutes of the May 20, <br />meeting. The motion was seconded by Eugene Edmonds. All were in favor and the <br />motion passed. <br />III. CALL PUBLIC HEARING TO ORDER. THE PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING IS TO CONSIDER A REPEAT OF LOT 13; BLOCK 22; BAYSIDE <br />TERRACE AND LOT 9; BLOCK 13; BAY OAKS. <br />Chairman Waters called the Public Hearing to order at 7:04 P.M. <br />A. PROPONENTS <br />Rand Valentin, the applicant, requested the Commission approve his <br />replat request. <br />B. OPPONENTS <br />Vicki Campine spoke to the Commission on behalf of the Bay Oaks <br />Homeowner's Association. She voiced their opposition to the <br />• requested replat. Ms. Campine stated that approval of this request <br />
