• <br />• <br />MINUTES <br />PLANNING & ZONING COMIVIISSION MEETING <br />DECEMBER 16, 1993 <br />Members Present: Chairman Betty Waters, Commissioners Dottie Kaminski, Inge <br />Browder, Howazd Ebow, Eugene Edmonds <br />Members Absent: Wayne Anderson <br />City Staff Present: Chief Building Official Mazk Lewis, Assistant City Attorney <br />John Armstrong, Planning Secretary Peggy Lee <br />Others Present: <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br />Meeting was called to order by Chairman Waters at 6:02 PM. <br />II. APPROVE MINUTES OF THE NOVEMBER 18, 1993, REGULAR MEETING. <br />• A motion was made by Inge Browder to approve the minutes of the November 18, <br />1993, meeting with the time of adjournment to be changed from 6:06 PM to 7:06 PM. <br />The motion was seconded by Howazd Ebow. All were in favor and the motion <br />passed. <br />III. CONSIDER FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF THE C.K.L. SUBDIVISION WHICH IS <br />LOCATELI IN THE 9700 BLOCK OF WEST MAIN. <br />Mr. Harrington reported that the proposed C.K.L. Subdivision is located at the <br />northeastern corner of West Main and Underwood Road. It is being platted as a <br />single lot commercial subdivision and will become the site of a Walgreen's store. <br />Staff has reviewed the proposed plat and has completed a Development Ordinance <br />checklist. The applicants have met all ordinance requirements. Staff recommends <br />final plat approval of the C.K.L. Subdivision. <br />A motion was made by Inge Browder to approve the final plat of the C.KL. <br />Subdivision. The motion was seconded by Eugene Edmonds. All were in favor and <br />the motion passed. <br />
