• • <br />• Staff Report August 18, 1994 <br />Planning and Zoning Recommendation to City Council <br />Regarding 1994 Annual Zoning Ordinance Update <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission has, over the course of the past four months, <br />considered a number of proposals for amending Zoning Ordinance 1501. These proposals, <br />which have been put forward as part of the 1994 annual Zoning Ordinance review, have all <br />been presented for public comment. The majority of the proposals were considered in the <br />Commission's June 16, 1994, public hearing. The remaining proposals were considered in <br />public hearing earlier on this date, August 18, 1994. <br />A summary of the proposals approved by the Commission follows: <br />Section 3-100, Definitions: <br />• Industrial Housing and Buildings -Amended Definition <br />• Lot, Residential Large -New Definition <br />• Section 5-600; Table AResidential -Amended Listings <br />• Industrialized housing <br />• Manufactured housing subdivisions (references to H.U.D. code <br />manufactured homes) <br />Section 6-100 (through 6-104), CR, Commercial Recreation District -New Section <br />Section 6-400; Table ACommercial -Amended Listings <br />• Outdoor storage as an accessory use <br />• CR uses <br />Section 6-500; Table B, Commercial -New Listing <br />• CR development standards <br />Section 6-501, Footnotes -New Footnote <br />• CR development standard <br />• <br />
