• <br />• <br />• <br />Requested For: An 87 acre tract out of tract #2 of the Enoch Brinson Survey <br />and Lots 13; 14; 19; 20; 29; 30; Nebraska Syndicate. This <br />property is further described as being located in the 700 and <br />. 800 blocks of North 13th Street and the 900 through 1400 <br />blocks of Highway 146 North. (See Exhibit A) <br />Requested By: Ms. Sherrie Langley and Mr. Harold Mathews. <br />Zoning: Planned Unit Development with an underlying Industrial Land <br />Use Base. <br />Purpose of Request: Applicants are seeking a Special Conditional Use Permit for the <br />purpose of allowing them to fence the tract in question and use <br />it to pasture livestock. <br />Recommendation: At this point in time, there are several issues involving the <br />. property in question that cannot be answered at this time. As <br />a result, the staff recommends that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission continue this hearing until September 29, at which <br />time the staff can make a recommendation. <br />• <br />
