Based on our review of this <br />• additional information, we have determined that 1.13 acres <br />v~'.the proposed 5.64-acre development must be considered as <br />a~~ne~v impact on stream flows. As such, the proposed <br />development will require o.51 acre-toot o= detention storage <br />volume (being 1.13 acres X 0.45 ac-ft/acrej. No impact fee <br />is required for the development in this watershed.
