• • <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />Planning & Zoning Couutrission <br />Minutes of March 21, 1996 <br />The conditions of approval are: <br />1) Any development beyond that currently presented will require a separate <br />Special Conditional Use Permit. <br />2) No changes, or amendments shall be made to the recorded site plan and <br />covenants without first obtaining authorization from the City of La Porte. <br />3) It should be noted in the Special Conditional Use Permit and in the deed <br />covenants that the use of this property is limited to a 61 unit "senior <br />citizen" assisted living center, as defined in the SIC 8361. A senior <br />citizen is defined as a person who is 55 years of age or older. <br />The motion was seconded by Howard Ebow. All were in favor and the motion passed. <br />VI. STAFF REPORTS <br />Mr. Rankin informed the Commission that there would be a groundbreaking ceremony <br />• for the Kroger Development on March 26, 1996. All were invited. <br />Mr. Rankin updated the Commission on various construction projects and subdivision <br />developments, both in progress and proposed. <br />The Commission agreed to hold a Special Called Meeting on April 11, 1996. <br />VII.
