Landscaping (6%) should be provided at the site and <br />maintained in the future. <br />2. Existing pazking be changed to a dust free material. <br />3. New pazking azea be striped to comply with current <br />pazking requirements. <br />4. Any dumpster shall be located at the reaz of the property <br />and be screened from view. <br />A comprehensive look at existing conditions along Old Hwy. 146 (S. <br />Broadway) should be strongly considered. <br />
