He noted it has become a hassle for the applicant to get the <br />extra power from the light company. <br />Robert Coyle, a customer of the business, addressed the Commission. He <br />wanted the Commission to know that the business is not an S.O.B. as has <br />been alleged, and secondly asked that this business be treated in the same <br />manner as other neighboring businesses. <br />B. OPPONENTS <br />There were none. <br />VII. CLOSE PUBLIC REARING <br />Vice Chairman closed the public hearing at 6:35 P.M. <br />A motion was made by Melton Wolters to deny FV97-001 in the absence of a No-Rise <br />Certification and supporting technical data that stipulates no impact on the 100-Year flood <br />elevations, floodway elevations or floodway widths at the new cross-sections and at all <br />existing cross-sections anywhere in the model. The motion was seconded by Howard <br />Ebow. All were in favor and the motion passed. <br />VIII. STAFF REPORTS <br />There were none. <br />IX. ADJOURN <br />A motion was made by Howard Ebow to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Melton <br />Wolters.
