• <br />• <br />1. Payment shall be made to the City for street lighting construction <br />cost and electrical service cost for one year. This payment shall be <br />made prior to the Final Plat docuument being released for recordation. <br />2. Payment in the amount of $435.02 shall be made to the City for <br />street signage installation prior to the Final Plat document being <br />released for recordation. <br />The motion was seconded by Dottie Kaminski. All were in favor and the motion <br />passed. <br />VI. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE GENERAL PLAN FOR BONCOSKY <br />TRUCKING TERMINAL. <br />Mr. Rankin presented staff's report. On November 11, 1996, Boncosky Trucking <br />Terminal was granted approval for Planned Unit Development zoning with a Special <br />Conditional Use Permit for a trucking operation with tank truck cleaning. Mr. <br />Rankin noted that staff reviewed the General Plan and found it complies with some <br />of the requirements and therefore recommended conditional approval. <br />A motion was made by Howard Ebow to conditionally approve the General Plan <br />with the following conditions <br />The 6.3192 acre property needs to be platted. All owners of said <br />property should provide their signatures authorizing the platting. <br />2. Conditions of Special Conditional Use Permit #96-003 needs to be <br />satisfied. <br />3. Water and sewer extensions are required <br />4. Additional water line information is needed. This includes <br />construction/design information and verification of the water line <br />easement north of the truck terminal site. <br />5. Proposed water line easements both on and off site need to be <br />properly executed. <br />6. Drainage plans shall be approved by Harris County and the City of <br />LaPorte. <br />7. Additional detention information wr11 need to be provided. Specifics <br />concerning the calculations and side slope design should be provided <br />8. Proposed landscaping shall be subject to approval by the Director of <br />Planning. <br />
