However, this could <br />be perceived to mean that property owners would• be compensated for <br />things such as yard maintenance and general upkeep of the property. Mr. <br />Armstrong suggested providing, on the basis of expert appraisal <br />testimony, the cost of the property, as depreciated for the remainder of its <br />extended useful life. <br />Mr. Rankin recommended the discussed changes be made to the <br />ordinance prior to Commission action. The Commission agreed with Mr. <br />Rankin. No action was taken on the item. <br />VIII.
