• • <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br />Minutes of November 20, 1997 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />$9,975.00 will be due upon development of Section II. Staff <br />recommended approval of Section I but asked the Commission to <br />consider requiring the developer to include sidewalks in this section. <br />A motion was made by Jim Zoller to approve the Final Plat of Summer <br />Winds, Section I, with the condition that the Plat be withheld from <br />recordation until a statement is shown on the plat requiring sidewalks to <br />be in place in Section I. The motion was seconded by Sandie <br />Staniszewski. All were in favor and the motion passed. <br />V. CONSIDER A RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL REGARDING <br />AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 106 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES <br />REGARDING NON-CONFORMING USES, BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES <br />AND LOTS OF RECORD. <br />Mr. Rankin reviewed with the Commission, several changes that were <br />made to the proposed amendment_ <br />A motion was made by Sandie Staniszewski to recommend City Council <br />approval of the amendments to Chapter 106 of the Code of Ordinances <br />regarding non-conforming uses,. buildings, structures and lots of record. <br />The motion was seconded by Jim Zoller. All were in favor and the motion <br />passed. <br />V1. STAFF REPORTS <br />There were none. <br />VII.
