No replies were received either in favor or <br />opposed to the replat. Four were returned undeliverable. <br />1. PROPONENTS <br />There were none. <br />2. OPPONENTS <br />There were none. <br />IV. CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING. <br />Chairperson Waters closed the Public Hearing at 6:14 PM. <br />V. CONSIDER REPEAT FOR ALL OF BLOCKS 276, 295 AND 304 AND <br />THE ADJOINING RIGHTS-OF-WAY OF EAST "I", EAST "H" AND 5T" <br />(ARIZONA) STREETS, TOWN OF LA PORTE, HARRIS COUNTY, <br />TEXAS. <br />A motion was made by Sandie Staniszewski to approve the Replat of <br />Blocks 276, 295, and 304 and the adjoining rights-of-way of East °IU, East <br />"H" and 5~' (Arizona) Streets, Town of La Porte, Harris County, Texas, with <br />the following conditions: <br />1. All signatures on the plat are obtained prior to formal <br />recordation. <br />2. The applicant must pay public hearing costs of $56.40. <br />3. The language on the plat concerning City of La Porte utility <br />easements shall be moved to the dedication section. <br />The motion was seconded by Melton Wolters. All were in favor and the <br />motion passed. <br />VI. STAFF REPORTS <br />Mr. Rankin informed the Commission that staff expects to receive <br />resubmittals for zone changes on Fairmont Parkway and the 1500 block of <br />Main Street. <br />The Texas Import-Export Center will soon submit a General Plan and a <br />request for a Special Conditional Use Permit. <br />
