The permit, which would <br />have expired 7-14-98, was granted asix-month extension to allow the <br />owner/developer the opportunity to address outstanding issues relating to <br />the Final Plat. <br />General Plan Conditionally Approved <br />By P&Z 6/19/97 <br />The Commission's approval was done with several conditions which <br />included the City Crnincil Approval of Special Conditional Use Permit #SCU <br />97-001. <br />Preliminary Plat Approved <br />By P & Z 7/17/97 <br />The Preliminary Plat for this project was then considered by P c~ Z in their <br />Jz~ly 17,1997 meeting. The approval of this plat allowed the applicant to <br />move forward to the next step, which was the submittal of the Final Plat. <br />Final Subdivision Plat <br />• Received application 5/27/98 <br />• Filing date (date of P&Z consideration) 7/21/98 <br />Conditions, Covenants, Deed Restrictions, and Controls <br />• These are required to ensure ownership and maintenance of the <br />landscape buffer and detention area. City approval is required <br />prior to the building permit issuance. <br />Analysis: Having reviewed the Preliminary and Final Plat requirements of the <br />Development Ordinance, staff finds only minor issues outstanding. Staff can <br />ensure these issues are satisfied rp for to the building permit being issued and <br />the final plat recordation. The issues are shown below. <br />• Provide City with a copy of the Harris County Driveway Permits. <br />Since Mc Cabe Road is a county road, all improvements and <br />driveways will involve county and city coordination. (Past practice <br />his heen to receive these copies prior to the building permit being <br />issuerL) <br />
