CONSIDER EXTENSION FOR SPECIAL CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />#SCU97-001 FOR LEGENDS OF BAYOU FOREST APARTMENTS, <br />PHASE I. <br />Mr. Kneupper reported that Special Conditional Use Permit #SCU97-001 <br />for the Legends of Bayou Forest Apts. expires on July 14, 1998. The <br />applicant requested asix-month time extension to address outstanding <br />issues relating to the Final Plat. <br />A motion was made by Melton Wolters to grant a six month extension for <br />Special Conditional Use Permit #SCU97-001 for Legends of Bayou Forest <br />Apartments, Phase I. The motion was seconded by Sandie Staniszewski. <br />All were in favor and the motion passed. <br />V. OPEN PUBLIC HEARING <br />Chairperson Waters opened the Public Hearing at 6:16 PM. <br />A. DISCUSS A REPEAT OF A 0.8211 ACRE TRACT OUT OF THE <br />W.M. JONES SURVEY, A-482, LA PORTE, HARRIS COUNTY, <br />TEXAS. THE PROPERTY IS ALSO KNOWN AS 10720 <br />SPENCER HWY. MR. JAMES MEADOWS, PROPERTY OWNER, <br />HAS REQUESTED THE REPEAT TO ESTABLISH HIS <br />DEVELOPED PROPERTY AS THE MEADOWS AUTOMOTIVE <br />ENTERPRISES SUBDIVISION, WHICH WILL BE COMPOSED OF <br />ONE LOT. <br />Mr. Kneupper reported that James Meadows, property owner, <br />requested a replat of his property to establish a single lot of record. <br />Mr. Meadows intends to construct an automotive repair business. If <br />approved and once the plat is recorded, the site will be known as <br />"Meadows Automotive Enterprises Subdivision". <br />Staff recommended approval of the replat with several conditions. <br />1.
