<br /> <br />Staff Report Fairmont Park East, Section VI July 21,1998 <br />Final Plat <br />Requested Bv: Mr. Eddie V. Gray, Trustee <br />Requested For: A 25.0012 Acre Tract out of the William M. Jones Survey, Abstract No. <br />482, Harris County, Texas and being a part of a 266.154 Acre Tract <br />described in Film Code 184-69-2052 in the Office of the County Clerk of <br />Harris County, Texas. <br />Present Zoning: High Density Residential (R-3) <br />Requested Use: Residential Subdivision -[Note: Single Family Dwellings are an allowable <br />use in a High Density Residential (R-3) Zone] <br />Background: Fairmont Park East is a residential subdivision off Driftwood Drive and <br />located between Spencer Highway and Fairmont Parkway. The General <br />Plan for Fairmont Park East, Sections Five, Six, Seven, Eight and Nine was <br />reviewed and Approved by the Commission during their April 16, 1998 <br />meeting. <br />The Preliminary Plat for Section Six of this subdivision was reviewed and <br />Approved by the Commission during their June 18, 1998. <br />Analysis: Approval of the Final Plat and all accompanying documentation by the <br />Commission will require the developer or owner to commence construction <br />of improvements within one year of Development Authorization. <br />Disapproval of the Final Plat will require the filing of a new Final Plat. <br />Conclusion: In reviewing the Fairmont Park East, Section VI Final Plat, staff finds that <br />it substantially complies with all ordinance requirements. The Final Plat <br />checklist follows this report. <br />The outstanding items are being addressed at this time. Staff can ensure <br />each of the items is satisfied prior to obtaining the signature of the <br />Commission and staff. Signatures will be required before the plat can be <br />filed for recordation. <br />
