There has been no Commission action in this area; however, <br />adjacent developments do not have sidewalks. In keeping with this <br />standard, Commission may not wish to include a sidewalk for this <br />development. <br />Conclusion: Staff finds the requested replat of Part Commercial Reserve "E", "Not Part <br />of Subdivision", Fairmont Pazk East, Section I satisfies applicable provisions <br />of State Law and City Ordinance. <br />We, therefore, recommend Commission approval with the condition that the <br />replat not be released for recordation until the following item have been <br />satisfied: <br />• The applicant must pay public heaiing costs of $41.40. <br />
