CALL TO ORDER. <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Waters at 6:00 PM. <br />II. APPROVE MINUTES OF THE AUGUST 20, 1998 REGULAR MEETING <br />AND PUBLIC HEARING AND THE SEPTEMBER 3, 1998 SPECIAL <br />CALLED MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING. <br />A motion was made by Jim Zoller to approve the minutes of August 20 <br />and September 3, 1998. The motion was seconded by Michael Jetty. All <br />were in favor and the motion passed. <br />III. CONSIDER FINAL PLAT FOR SUMMER WINDS, SECTION 2 <br />SUBDIVISION. <br />Mrs. Wilmore presented staffs report. Earl Wilburn, Secretary for <br />Summer Winds, LLC requested a Final Plat for Summer Winds, Section 2. <br />The Preliminary Plat was approved by the Commission on September 3, <br />1998. <br />Staff reviewed the Final Plat and determined that it substantially complied <br />with all ordinance requirements. There were several outstanding items <br />but staff assured the Commission that these items would be completed <br />prior to recordation of the plat. <br />A motion was made by Melton Wolters to approve the Final Plat for <br />Summer Winds, Section 2 contingent upon the following items being <br />completed prior to releasing the plat for recordation: <br />1. Coordinate with staff on design of the street light system. <br />2. Filing of the covenants, conditions and restrictions shall <br />immediately follow recordation of the approved Final Plat. <br />3. Payment of street lighting cost and electrical service cost for <br />one year. An estimate from HL&P is to be provided and the <br />money is to be deposited with the City in an escrow account <br />until such time as constructionrnstallation is complete. The <br />submittal and payment shall occur prior to the plat recordation. <br />
