Signatures will be required before the plat can be <br />filed for recordation with the Harris County Clerk. <br />The Commission may wish to approve the Final Plat with the stipulation <br />that all items shown below are satisfied prior to the plat recordation. <br />1. Coordinate with staff on design of the street light system. Payment of <br />street lighting installation cost and electrical service cost for one year. <br />An estimate from HL&P is to be provided and the money is to be <br />deposited with the City in an escrow account until such time as <br />constructionrnstallation is complete. This submittal and payment shall <br />occur prior to the plat recordation. <br />2. Payment of signage installation costs (to be determined) prior to plat <br />recordation. <br />3. Payment of money in lieu of parkland ($15,575.00) shall be made prior <br />to the plat recordation. (Park Zone 5 Escrow Account) <br />4. Payment of additional $39 for filing fee. <br />5. Statement on plat that sidewalks will be installed adjacent to all <br />roadways. <br />
