"P" <br />St., bringing the total responses received in opposition to <br />three (3). <br />IV. CLOSE PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br />Chairperson Waters closed the Public Hearings at 6:25 PM. <br />V. CONSIDER RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL REGARDING REZONE <br />REQUEST #1101-002. <br />Motion by Melton Wolters to recommend City Council approval of Rezone Request <br />#RO1-002 to rezone 14.2 acres out of a 15.7 acre tract .to Low -Density Residential <br />(R-1) with 1.5 acres remaining General Commercial (GC). <br />Motion seconded by Dottie Kaminski. Motion carried. <br />VI. CONSIDER RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL REGARDING REZONE <br />REQUEST #1110 * 2 �� <br />Mo ion by Melton Wolters to make a recommendation to City Council to deny <br />Rezone Request #RO1.003 for the rezoning of approximately five acres at 9803 N. <br />"P" St. <br />Motion seconded by Dottie Kaminski. Motion carried with all in favor. <br />VII. CONSIDER FINAL PLAT FOR SPENCER LANDING SUBDIVISION, SECTION 3. <br />Mr. Malik reported that Brad Dill has submitted a Final Plat for Section 3 of <br />Spencer Landing Subdivision. Section 3 is composed of two (2) blocks and thirty- <br />one (31) lots. The Preliminary Plat for Section 3 was approved by the <br />Commission on March 15, 2001. <br />Staff recommended approval of the Final Plat. <br />Motion by Dottie Kaminski to approve the Final Plat of Spencer Landing <br />Subdivision, Section 3 with the following items to be addressed prior to <br />recordation of the plat. <br />1. All construction improvements shall be completed at site. <br />2. Payment shall be made to the City in the amount of $284.12 for street sign <br />installation. <br />
