<br />~~ <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />MINUTES OF DECEMBER 20, 2001 <br />Members Present: Betty Waters, Melton Wolters, Hal Lawler, Ross Morris <br />Members Absent: Dottie Kaminski, Pamela Baldwin, Ralph Dorsett <br />City Staff Present: Director of Planning Doug Kneupper, City Planner Gwen Goodwin, <br />Planning Secretary Peggy Lee <br />I. CALL TO ORDER WORKSHOP MEETING. <br />Meeting called to order by Chairperson Waters at 6:15 PM. <br />II. DISCUSS TOPICS AND SESSIONS ATTENDED AT THE TEXAS CHAPTER OF <br />AMERICAN PLANNING ASSOCIATION CONFERENCE HELD IN NOVEMBER <br />2001. <br />Staff and Commission Members, who attended the APA conference, discussed some of <br />the topics presented at the conference. No action was taken on any matter. <br />Suggested topics for future workshops include review of the Zoning Ordinance and <br />Comprehensive Plan, as well as, responsibilities and legal limitations of the Commission. <br />Subject matter should be presented in a manner that would benefit new members. <br />III.
