The intended <br />development is a deviation of the approved general plan. <br />Recommendations: <br />• The project is not consistent with the Special Conditional Use <br />Permit #SCU03-002 and General Plan. <br />• The concept of using single-family dwellings in multifamily-type <br />development is an issue, which needs to be addressed by the <br />Commission <br />• Staff recommends disapproval of the Special Conditional Use <br />Permit #SCU04-002 (essentially an amendment to SCU03-002) <br />Actions required by • Recommend to Council approval of SCUP #04-002 and an <br />the Commission: amendment to the General Plan. This action will be amendment to <br />previous SCUP#03-002 for this site only. <br />• Recommend to Council approval of SCUP04-002 and an amendment <br />to the General Plan with additional conditions. <br />• Recommend to Council denial of SCUP#04-002 and amendment to <br />the General Plan. <br />• Table SCUP#04-002 and the amendment to the General Plan. <br />• The Commission may also continue the public hearing to a future <br />meeting. <br />~~ <br />
