Add a note on the face of the plat that surface maintenance of20' utility <br />easement to Big Island Slough and detention basin will be the sole <br />responsibility of the Homeowner Association. <br /> <br />. . Reference of the above should also be noted in the subdivision's <br />covenants and restrictions provided to be approved by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />. Payment of $319.41 shall be made to the City for street sign installation. <br /> <br />. Payments shall be made to the City in the amount of $2760.00 and <br />$2355.84 for twelve (12) streetlights installation and I-year service cost <br />respectively. <br /> <br />. Payment of $10,850.00 shall be made to the City in lieu of parkland <br />dedication. <br /> <br />Options available to the Commission are as follows: <br /> <br />. Approval of the Final Plat withholding signature and recordation until <br />the above are complied. This will authorize the developer to begin <br />construction of subdivision improvements. <br /> <br />. Disapproval of the Final Plat and supporting documents as filed. This <br />will require the developer to file a new Final Plat with the required <br />documents. <br />
