CO., SEEK A SPECIAL CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT FOR A MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT (A.K.A. <br />BAYFOREST RANCH) IN THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) DISTRICT. <br />(Item has remanded back from City Council.) <br />Mr. Sabo gave a brief history of events related to SCU04-007. Chairperson Waters read <br />a letter from the applicant, Hettig Management Corp. requesting the item be withdrawn <br />from consideration. <br />The public hearing was conducted. Mr. Legrand commented that approval of a new <br />special conditional use permit in a previous item should have voided this one. <br />Motion by Dottie Kaminski to accept the withdrawal by the applicant and consider the <br />application abandoned and recommend to City Council, denial of Special Conditional <br />Use Permit #SCU04-007 (Amendment to #SCU03-002) for amulti-family residential <br />development AKA Bayforest Ranch. Second by Kirby Linscomb. The motion carried. <br />Ayes: Kaminski, Linscomb, Bemer, Barrera, Finch, and Waters <br />Nays: None <br />Abstain: None <br />7. CONSIDER A FINAL PLAT FOR PROPOSED FAIRMONT PARK EAST BUSINESS <br />PARK. <br />Mr. Malik presented staffs report. The applicant, Eddie Gray, has requested approval of <br />a Final Plat for Fairmont Park East Business Park to be located in the 10400 Block of <br />Fairmont Parkway. Staff recommended approval with conditions. <br />The Commission and staff discussed the conditions. <br />Motion by Nick Barrera to approve the Final Plat of Fairmont Park East Business Park <br />with the following conditions: <br />1. Secure a joint driveway to the rear of all properties that exit on Farrington Blvd. <br />2. Subdivision covenants and restrictions shall reflect a reference of common use <br />access easement and the owner/developer shall be responsible for its management. <br />3. Access for Reserve 1 on Farrington Blvd. shall be a common drive only. <br />5.
