Applicant, is seeking_ a Special Conditional Use. Permit (SCUP). for. the <br />Summary: <br />purpose of allowing an off -site parking for the company. <br />- • <br />The Section :1,06=441 of the Zoning Ordinance classifies this type of <br />development as Conditional Use:: <br />• :: <br />DW 'Petroleum: Services, Inc.' is "working towards expansion of their <br />' <br />facility and needs to relocate parking to. meet City's parking requirements. <br />• <br />The 'company does not have .enough space` to accommodate. on -site <br />_ <br />parking.
