TO BE <br />LOCATED AT 3701 LUELLA BLVD. <br />Due to a conflict of interest, Chairperson. Muston abstained from discussion <br />consideration of this item, since she serves on the, Board of the Southeast Texas <br />Housing Finance Corporation, which is issuing bonds for the financing, of Seville. Place.. <br />Chairperson Muston turned the meeting over to Vice -Chairperson Dottie Kaminski. <br />Planning Coordinator, Masood Malik, presented staffs report. The applicant,' <br />David. Brown, a Consulting Engineer, has requested approval of a. Final Plat for the. <br />proposed. Seville Place Apartments to. be located at 3701 Luella. Blvd. The project will <br />comprise .18.0 multi -family residential units in 23 buildings and meets the requirements <br />for a multi -family 1 development. Staffrecommended approval of the Final Plat with the <br />following to- occur prior to recordation of the plat: ` 1) covenants, conditions and <br />restrictions filed with Harris County along with the Final Plat; and 2) payment to the City <br />in lieu of parkland,dedication. <br />Mr. Mallik responded to questions from.Commission Members. <br />Motion by Hal Lawler.to approve the Final Plat of Seville Place Apartments. Second by <br />Doretta Finch..
