At the <br />conclusion of this meeting, the committee set April 21, 2005, for the presentation to the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission in a workshop format and recommended using a town hall <br />meeting to disseminate the proposal to the citizens <br />At the April 21St workshop, the Planning and Zoning Commission conducted the workshop <br />regarding the proposed regulations and boundaries for the creation of a Large Lot Zoning <br />District. The Commission directed that the City Staff conduct a public hearing to gather <br />citizen input prior to formally considering the Large Lot Committee's recommendations. <br />The proposed regulations are described below in comparison with the existing City of La <br />Porte Zoning Ordinance.
