Fencing standards/design shall be reviewed by the TIRZ <br />Board. <br />~ Conditions of the approved Special Conditional Use Permit and General Plan shall be <br />applicable to this development. <br />~ Payment of$707.97 shall be made to the City for street sign installation. <br />~ Payment in amounts yet to be determined to be made to the City for streetlight <br />installation and one-year service cost. <br />~ Payment of $16, 1 00 shall be made to the City in lieu of parkland dedication. <br /> <br />Second by Paul Berner. CONSIDER FINAL PLAT FOR "RETREAT AT BAYFOREST NORTH <br />SUBDIVISION" TO BE LOCATED ALONG SOUTH BROADWAY (OLD <br />HIGHWAY 146). <br /> <br />City Planner Masood Malik presented staffs report. Don Meeks has requested Final Plat <br />approval of a minor subdivision known as Retreat at Bayforest North, consisting of 18 <br />single-family residential lots along S. Broadway, adjacent to the golf course. <br /> <br />Mr. Malik reviewed the items that should be addressed prior to plat recordation. <br /> <br />Motion by Paul Berner to approve the Final Plat for Retreat at Bayforest North Subdivision <br />with the following items being addressed prior to recordation of the plat: <br /> <br />~ All construction improvements are complete at site and accepted by the City. <br />~ Furnish approval letter from Harris County Flood Control District for the drop structure <br />to the adjacent drainage easement. <br />~ Sidewalks shall be installed along both sides of all public streets within the subdivision. <br />~ Copies shall be submitted of TXDOT driveway permits for access along S.
