This Permit, Final Plat and Amended General Plan were approval in December, 2005, and in consideration <br />of the terms of this approval, that "failure to begin construction within 12 months after issuance, shall void <br />the permit, except upon an extension of time granted after an application to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission,D we submit this letter as our application for 1 (one) year extensions. <br /> <br />Construction of the project has been rescheduled for 2007.
